Withdrawal button requirement from June 2026

Starting June 19, 2026, the so-called withdrawal button will become mandatory for many online stores in Germany. Customers must then be able to submit their withdrawal electronically and directly within the shop. According to Shopware, this mainly affects stores selling to consumers, while clearly separated pure B2B shops are generally not affected.
